Frequently asked questions

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We work with multiple couriers to provide the best possible service.

Local taxes and import charges may apply for customers outside the UK.

It depends on where you are. Orders from the UK should take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

This is mostly personal preference.

Our hand wound movement is more traditional and must be wound every couple of days. This ritual is part of the charm for some watch owners.

Our automatic movement requires very little intervention and will keep it's self wound using the movement of your wrist.

Can I get additional straps?

Yes. We are currently selling a selection of Contemporary and Heritage straps. you can find them here

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an watch, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at info@timorwatch.com and we’ll take you through the process.

We have small production runs, and we add new stock when it arrives. If you are interested when new stock arriving, you can subscribe to our mailing list for all the latest information.

Unfortunate many of our records were destroyed when Timor closed down in the 1970s. And the reaming record we have aren't digitized, so searching for information on a specific model isn't always possible.

Not yet but we are working on a vintage repaire program to help restore Timor watches that have had a hard life.
