Timor Twelve Month Warranty
At Timor, we stand by the craftsmanship and quality of our watches. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a tweleve month warranty from the date your watch was recived. This warranty is designed to protect you against any material or manufacturing defects that may exist at the time of delivery, ensuring your timepiece remains a reliable companion for your adventures.

What Our Warranty Covers:
Our warranty covers any material and manufacturing defects found in your watch. If you discover a defect during the warranty period, simply present your valid warranty certificate, and we will repair the defect free of charge, excluding shipping fees and any applicable duties.

In cases where repairs are unable to restore your watch to its normal condition, we will replace your watch with one of identical or similar characteristics. If a replacement is not available, we will offer you a full refund. Please note that the warranty period for the replacement watch will not extend beyond the original twelve months from the date of shipment.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
Our warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the case or crystal, changes in the color or material of non-metallic straps (e.g., leather, textile, rubber), or peeling of plating.

• Damage resulting from abnormal or abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (e.g., knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal), or incorrect use of the watch.

• Water damage to the watch’s movement caused by improper use.

Your Rights as a Consumer:
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights. It does not affect your rights against the seller or any other mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
